Our Play

We are really keen to work on our version of the oral history 'Rata and the Totara Tree.' Each child has written their own line for the character they want to be in the play.

                            We have been scouting out different locations for our play.

                                       

A group of four are using a shared doc to write the main script including actions they want each character to perform. I also introduced them to comments as a way of keeping in touch virtually when they are unable to meet physically as a group.

                                       
                                           
                                           


    We are working on costumes as all the children have told me they want to dress-up.
